  I've been to the Airside branch on several occasions and have been extremely impressed by both the cycle and baby departments. I have been in and out getting bits for my bike over the last couple of years, and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. I'm hoping to get my bike serviced by Keith next week. I've also had the pleasure of dealing with the baby department upstairs. We went in pretty clueless to be honest, and the girls never rushed us, taking their time to answer all our questions. We went in very close to closing time one day and there was no sense of being rushed. We're very happy with the stroller we bought, and the price was very competitive. The shop itself is on to two floors, and is really bright, spacious, clean and very well laid out. They have a huge selection of stock and the staff are just brilliant. I highly recommend this store.

  Bike is in worse nick than when I left it down! Simple sprocket fix and service. Sprocket was fixed, didnt get a service it turns out. two caps missing from the sprocket now so the rain can get in an wear it down quicker, the breaks dont work, front and back. Had a puncture fixed on the back, and they couldnt put the break back in place.. no dust cap on the new tube they fitted.. No idea why they went near the front break but I now have to fix that myself too before I go out again. the clip that holds the back light on to my bike is snapped off and missing.. again no idea what theyve done. The gears dont work on the front 3 main gears, stuck on the middle on now.. I have to drop it in somewhere else as they didnt have the tyres which is the reason I didnt go back to have them fix it.. I was planning on getting a new bike in November and I will 100% never be getting anything again in Eurocycles. It has left me furious the job theyve done.
  I put the bike in my car so didnt notice until I got home but I am so furious at what they have done, complete rip off!

  The service I received from the staff in this store was excellent ,
  
  I was exchanging an unused item that I'd bought 2 months before (no problems)
  
  I rang to check if the exchange was possible before making the journey & got through to the wrong department and was asked to leave my name and number, A lady's from the nursery section rang me back within the hour .
  
  I explained that I'd also broke the disk on the Icandy strap and she told me to bring it in with me.
  
  When I walked into the store today holding a buggy seat and a footmuff box a staff member walked down the stairs & approached me asking , was I the lady on the phone (2days prior). She explained that another member of there team had my item put aside and she took the seat off me to replace the broken catch free of charge
  
  Returned phone call within an hour from Maureen
  No hassle exchange after a lengthy time
  Excellent communication between staff members regarding there customers
  
  It's a long time since I received that level of service in a store , if ever

  Overly expensive fixing service for the quality it provides. I got my bike serviced there and paid 100 euro for changing my inner tubes, brake wires and adjusting the gearbox (the one I had from Shimano got somehow switched for a non-brand counterpart - the fact I realized about only a week after). The gears wouldn't change all the way up or down due to poor adjustment skill of the person doing it). Wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Apart from that, pretty wide assortment of bikes for sale with somewhat pleasant staff there.
